Swamp style is getting some mainstream attention this weekend after popular YouTuber and streamer Kai Cenat went on a shopping spree that was anything but boring!
On Saturday, Yuga Labs CEO Garga took to the timeline and shared a clip from a recent Kai Cenat stream showing the influencer purchasing a pair of Bored Ape Yacht Club x BAPE slippers.
“Kai Cenat copping the BAYC x BAPE slides on stream,” Garga tweeted along with the video.
“He’s got a taste for great merch,” ApeChain’s NGBShpend tweeted. “One of my personal favs. They don’t come off in the winter.”
After Garga’s tweet, some Apes even posted feet pics, showing off their own slippers!
“apes take care of feet,” BAYC member TigerisFine tweeted.
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, these slippers were part of the BAYC’s second collab collection with BAPE, originally sold to Apes and in A Bathing Ape stores around the world for $119 USD.
That second BAPE collab was insane, featuring several BAYC member exclusive items, including multiple shirts, two BAYC x BAPE shark hoodies, and even a beer made in collaboration with BAYC member Pieter’s Bored Brewing Co.!
