Two weeks after DooKey Dashers summoned their HV-MTL Power Sources with Gary the Dog Prophet, the Bored Ape Yacht Club gave the community its first look at the eight different mech types!
“It’s time to glimpse at the HV-MTL collection,” the BAYC tweeted this evening. “Head over to https://hv-mtl.com for more on your Power Sources.”
On the HV-MTL website, the BAYC gave the community its first look at the eight different Mech types that derive from the eight different Power Source types in the HV-MTL collection. Further, the BAYC explained that each HV-MTL NFT is dynamic. This means that holders’ future choices will impact their Mechs.
“Your HV is a unique, dynamic NFT that evolves based on your decisions, so don't fuck this up, the BAYC wrote. "There are eight different HV-Types and countless different trait combinations. Each has its own skills, personality, and roles, but they're all designed to transform.”
HV-MTL Holders will need to make choices that will impact their Mechs during the HV-MTL Forge.
“In HV-MTL Forge: build and customize a workshop that prepares your HVs for their evolution,” the BAYC wrote. “Show off your creations to climb the leaderboard and unlock special abilities. Take risks and face the dangers of the rift to discover blueprints, gather materials, and craft upgrades.”
While we do not know much about the game or what users will do in it, we do know that it will likely start in April, according to the BAYC’s MDVMM website.
