This Otherside Mogul purchased a fully loaded Otherdeed today that contains one of the rarest artifacts in the metaverse and a Koda.

Bored Ape Yacht Club member and Otherside landowner BoatyLife purchased Otherdeed #89944 from CryptoSquilliam earlier today for 152.42 Eth or $244,500 USD.

Otherdeed #89944 is a four-star Plague environment on Cosmic Dream sediment with two Kinsoul, one Moldium and one Rotworth resource. Otherdeed #89944 contains a Relic Book Page Artifact on the property. In total, there are only six relic book page artifacts, according to Opensea data.

Otherdeed #89944 is also home to Koda #9485. Koda #9485 is a mythical creature with an all bite core, a drill bit driod head and stink eye.

Based on Otherdeed #89944’s resources, rare artifact and Koda, this plot of land is the 25th most rare in the Otherside metaverse, according to Rarity Tools.

The Bored Ape Gazette reached out to Boatylife after the purchase but did not immediately hear back from them.

While we do not know BoatyLife’s thought process behind today’s purchase, it is safe to say that this crypto whale is bullish on the Otherisde metaverse, according to their wallet.
