Bored Ape Yacht Club member Vis.Eth bought four premier Otherdeeds located on the Otherside’s Center Island this afternoon for 851 Eth or $1,395,000 USD.
The reason that these four Otherdeeds are so valuable is their location. All four of these Otherdeeds are located on the Otherside's Center Island, and two of them are adjacent to the Bored Ape Yacht Club.

After his shopping spree, Vis.Eth took to Twitter and shared a five-part thread on why he is bullish on Yuga Labs and the Otherside.

Prior to this afternoon’s shopping spree Vis.Eth purchased six high-end Otherdeeds early this morning for 584 Eth or $958,800 USD.
After this morning’s purchases, the Gazette asked Vis.Eth what excites him most about the Otherside? Vis.Eth replied “Social Verse, I mean the Otherside metaverse, it’s not only a game, that’s a new world, web3 world. That’s my dream, I’m happy that Yuga make it happen.”
In total, Vis.Eth has spent 1435 Eth or $2,353,800 USD on Otherdeeds in the last 24 hours.
