TwelveFold Artist Michael Figge Teased More Exploration Of Bitcoin& A Puzzle In 12 Tweet Thread:

12 days after Yuga Labs’ TwelveFold auction began, the project’s artist teased more exploration of the Bitcoin blockchain and a puzzle.

On Friday, Yuga Labs’ Chief Creative Officer and TwelveFold artist, Michael Figge, shared a twelve-tweet thread on his TwelveFold project and teased more to come.

On Tweet nine, Figge announced that he and Yuga Labs plan to keep exploring the Bitcoin Blockchain later this year.

“We plan on reinvesting a portion of the proceeds from the sale to continue exploring on the Bitcoin Blockchain,” Figge tweeted. “That’s all for now. More info in April. And later, a puzzle.”

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Figge and Yuga Labs sold 288 of their 300 TwelveFold generative art pieces on March 6th,2023 for 735 BTC or $16.5 million USD.

“TwelveFold is a base 12 art system localized around a 12x12 grid,” Figge tweeted on March 5th. “The collection of 300 inscriptions is made up of 25 different series of 12, each with their own motif. Each series maintains a theme spread across 12 unique pieces. Like crypto, the collection isn't so much linear but cyclical, with four different color palettes progressing throughout: winter, spring, summer, autumn. It's a nod to being optimistic whether we're in a Crypto Winter or a Defi Summer. Every TwelveFold piece will be inscribed onto a satoshi with a satpoint ending in the number 12, and the ‘postage’ associated with each inscription will be 12121.”

The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow Figge and his TwelveFold project. Stay tuned for updates!
