The NFT community is zooming this evening after Kevin Rose sold CryptoPunk #5066 to Wallet 0x26206Caca89D7047dAD7e3a15f18f0614A4b82D2 AKA Twitter User MattInversion for 857 Eth or $1,400,000 USD!

CryptoPunk #5066 is a three-attribute zombie type punk with an earring, a knitted cap, and a smile. Based on these traits, CryptoPunk #5066 is the 111th most punk CryptoPunk, according to Rarity Tools.

Following the sale, several CryptoPunks took to Twitter to comment “FREE” and congratulate Rose and MattInversion on the deal!
